Do I need to book in advance?
Drop-ins are always welcome for our daily classes. For workshops and teacher training programs, we recommend registering ahead of time as spaces are limited.
I'm brand new to yoga. Where should I start?
We'd suggest beginning with a Restorative or Yin class — they move at a gentler pace and give you time to settle in. Our teachers are wonderful at guiding first-timers.
Do you provide mats and props?
We have a small number of studio mats available, plus blocks, straps, and bolsters in every class. You're also welcome to browse our retail area for your own gear.
What should I know about the hot yoga classes?
Our hot yoga room is heated via the bamboo floor system. Bring water, a towel, and wear light layers. We recommend arriving hydrated and avoiding heavy meals beforehand.
